CFI Education: MY PLACE Workshops

The MY PLACE workshops on film and story-telling will begin in San Francisco April 6-10 and in Marin April 13-17. Look for Postings of past videos from MY PLACE participants.

MY PLACE story-tellers are chosen by our valued adult allies and social service agencies like the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, the Marin YMCA, Marin City Community Network, Canal Alliance, Homeward Bound and Hunters Point Family.After completing a five day intensive each participant comes away with a 3-4 minute personal film. Films are shown a month after the workshop to parents, family, friends and the general public at the Little Roxie theater in San Francisco and the Christopher B. Smith Rafael Film Center in Marin.
